Little bit slow past few days

Things have been a bit slower the past few days progress-wise. First week of school, volunteering, etc. At least I've been working on a site for a new artist's group, which is important for me since I don't get a lot of support. It's only Monday too, so the whole week is ahead of me. Goals for this week - call animal control in GA, do lots of thumbnail studies, and start the story-board.

Finally finished my first drawing, replacing the photo of Cosmo in his bandana. Unfortunately it doesn't translate as well after it's scanned, I'll be punching up the darks even more, cropping, and enlarging, but I was anxious to finally get some new work up here. Cold and rainy tomorrow, good day to make some research calls and get sketching done.

Started drawing from my photo reference yesterday with much better results - hope to have the first one posted by the end of the week!

Getting used to new stuff

Almost finished with profile info., next step is getting more photos posted. Tried drawing Cosmo for quite some time today, darn those live subjects! Looks like photo reference is the way to go...
